Setting Up An In-House Agency
Setting up an in-house agency can pay off big time if you have the work for your business rather then sending it out to a full-service agency. It may seem like a daunting experience if you have no idea on how to get it going. You need designers, writers, illustrators and photographer…oh, my!
Actually it is not as bad as it may seem. You just need to figure some things out before getting started.
- Do you have the workload? This is the most important part of starting the project. Are you loading your current agency with a lot of work? If so, then you may want to consider starting your own.
- Do you have sufficient space in your current location? You will need to have extra space for each new person.
- Can you handle the additional staff? Managing more people can be difficult without the right type of supervision.
