Here are some of the questions and their answers

Is there an easy way to do my billing?

There are many accounting programs available and if you are very busy you may need an accountant.

How do I get better organized on my computer?

The most important thing is to put related items in a folder. Name the folder and place related items (images, files) inside for easy location.

I have a problem saying 'no' to clients. What can I do?

Saying no is always difficult, but believe it or not good clients will understand if you explain your reasoning. The clients that don't would only be taking advantage of you and you don't need them.

Should my resume be on-line or in a physical book?

Both. you always want something a client can actually hold if meeting in person. Be sure the on-line version is easily accessible, only your best and most recent work (8-10 pieces) and has no spelling errors.

How do I keep my current clients?

Good question, but there is no firm answer. Many things cause clients to leave. Missed deadlines, budget overruns, late to meetings and missed emails. Learn your clients needs and be professional in all aspects of your business.

How can I clear my mind from being overwhelmed?

Leave the office or workplace for 20-30 minutes.  Where to go? The local coffee shop, park or beach. Take in the scenery and forget about work. When you get back you will feel refreshed and ready to dive into that project.

Any suggestions for time management?

The biggest time waster are emails and web surfing. Check your email only in the morning and at the end of the day to see if clients have questions (ignore friends until after work) and stop surfing unless it is really work related.

What kind of freelancers are clients looking for?

A very strange question indeed, but to say 'professional' is the best explanation. Be professional in your appearance, dress and communication skills.
